Audited Supplier Sheet Molding Compound is composed of unsaturated polyester resin, low shrinkage additive, special chopped glass fiber, filler, thickener and various additives. It is a new type of environmental protection composite material. SMC production is a continuous on-line production process. The resin paste between the two layers of bearing film is fully impregnated with chopped glass fiber to prepare SMC sheet. SMC sheet can be used after it is cured and thickened to be non stick. The cured SMC sheet is flow filled at a certain temperature and pressure and heat cured to form molded products.

Composed by the unsaturated polyester resin, short cutting glass fiber, inorganic fillers and additives under high temperature and pressure,molded in the mold by the press machine. It has good electrical and mechanical properties, good arc resistance and PTI & CTI, excellent fire retardant property with low smoke and toxic-free, low water absorption, can be used in the high humidity area.
SMC Molding Board and machined parts are widely used in medium and high voltage electrical industry, such as backup board of switch cabinet, cable fixing clamp, insulating structural parts in the transformer, motors.
