3D Fiberglass Fabric composites can provide high skin-core debonding resistance and impact resistance and impact resistance, light weight. high stiffness, excellent thermal insulation, acoustic damping, and so on. It is compatible with Polyester, Vinylester and Epoxy resin and widely used in hand lay up products, such as marine, double wall tank, automotive parts railway vehicles, sports and other areas.

Application

1. Fiber-Resin Rate: 1:0.9-1:1.52. Put about 40% of desired resin quantity on the surface of the mould
3. Put 3D sandwich woven fabric into the resin layer and roll the fabric firmly from the center outwards with hair rollers
4. Put balance desired resin on the fabric
5. Roll the top face of fabric to get plain surface. Roll in weft direction can get max. height.
